Where exactly does the shuttle pick up?
We pick up door-to-door at any address within our service area in Te Puke, Pāpāmoa, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga, Ōmokoroa, Katikati, Waihi, and Paeroa — typically a short radius around each town. No need to drive to a depot — give us your home or hotel address at booking and we'll confirm we can reach you. If you're just outside the zone, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
What time should I book for an early flight?
We schedule pickups around your flight time. Aim to arrive at Auckland Airport at least 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before international. Tell us your flight number at booking and we'll work backwards from there.
How long does the trip take?
Te Puke / Tauranga area to Auckland Airport is around 3.5–4 hours including stops. Paeroa to the Airport is closer to 2 hours. Exact time depends on traffic and how many pickups are on your run.
How much luggage is included?
One large bag and one carry-on per seat — same as airline standard. Oversized items (surfboards, bikes, golf clubs) are welcome but please mention them at booking so we allocate room.
Can you do return trips from Auckland Airport?
Yes — we run the same route in reverse, dropping off at all the same stops. Book one seat each way, or a return at the same time.
Is this a private vehicle or shared?
Shared per-seat — you'll travel with other passengers heading to the airport that day. If you'd prefer a private vehicle for your group, we can quote that separately.
